3 weeks ago Round two of working with them. Haven't yet, but I'm certain we will be satisfied again. They kept notes from their last visit and tolerated my puppy ripping down my Christmas tree last year (and didn't cancel is as clients).

2 years ago Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness We have used Pampered Paws Pet Service multiple times during our trips away! We have been able to so easily get ahold of and coordinate visits for our little ball of fur. They are very prompt, professional, and passionate- and remember all of the details and nuances of your pet. Each time we leave, we are comfortable calling on them and knowing that our pet is well taken care of. We highly recommend this company!
Side-note: they were willing to come during the COVID-19 crisis and were very respectful to clean each surface they touched before they left. That is just one example of how mindful they are during their visits.

2 years ago We have boarded our dog with Barbara Foster 3 times now- each for a week long. Barbara is incredibly kind and very professional in all aspects of her approach and execution. She treats our baby as if she were her own dog! She was recommended to us by our vet and we are so grateful for the rare recommendation. We highly recommend any and all services from Barbara. 2 years ago We have used Pampered Paws for several years now, initially witb our first Pekingese until he passed. After we decided to adopt another one a couple of years later there was no question of whom we would use. We called Barbara immediately. Then when we decided to adopt another Pekingese, that was not an issue for them. All I can say is that our little boys love their Aunt Harriet! Due to work schedule there are even times when one of us is home, but still have Harriet come. They get so excited when they hear her come. That makes us feel so good.
