Amy has always loved animals so pet sitting was a natural job for her. She was a GIS programmer for Mecklenburg County before staying at home with her children and started working for Pampered Paws in 2013.  Amy currently has 3 dogs: 1 lab/pit mix rescue named Sunny and 2 miniature dachshund rescues named Odie and Walter, along with two rescue cats, Lulu and Nolan. Along with her furry family, Amy's busy household includes her husband and 3 kids. Amy is also a runner and will happily run with your dogs.

Rachel has 3 dogs and 1 cat of her own to love. She calls her 11 year Chihuahua her “Little Man”. When she’s not busy Pet Sitting she enjoys Kayaking, traveling and Research!

Mary has lived in the Harrisburg/ Concord for 20 years.  She is Pet CPR certified and has enjoyed pet sitting for three years outside of her professional career at Bank of America.  She is a proud mother of two grown sons and two beautiful grandchildren.

Gwyn is pictured with her cat Biscuit.  He’s a handful!  Gwyn's family always had pets when she grew up, mostly cats. Now Gwyn loves dogs as well and has 4 dogs and one cat. Gwyn states, "There are so many awesome cats and dogs that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.  I look forward to working with more cats and dogs, and continually learning about  these wonderful creatures."

Michael has lived in Concord for 20 years. He is Pet CPR certified and has enjoyed pet sitting now for a year.  Michael also enjoys time spent with his three great kids, riding motorcycles, and water skiing.

Anne has been working in the Accounting field for a number of years. She rescued her white lab mix, Maggie, over 11 years ago. Through the years Anne has stopped for dogs who have gotten loose from their yards and taken the time to do whatever was necessary to return them to their homes.

This is Alaina's lab mix puppy Luna. She is a biology/pre-vet major, with plans on going into the NC State veterinary medicine program next year. Alaina has a big heart and love for animals and looks forward to working with them for the rest of her life!

Adrienne retired a little early from helping refugees acclimate to their new homes in the US. She volunteers at the Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.

Michelle is a retired 20-year federal employee (Drug Enforcement Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) with high level security clearances.  She also worked for 10 years at a non-profit as their accountant.  Michelle resides in the town of Davidson with her husband, Frank, also retired from 34 years with the Department of Justice, and with their beloved seven month old Miniature Schnauzer, Lady.  Michelle and her husband are active in their church, St. Jude's Mission, Huntersville.  Their previous Miniature Schnauzer, Lucy, had diabetes, which required twice daily insulin shots and frequent eye drops, post cataract surgery.

Lisa was born in New York but has moved up and down the east coast with her family growing up, spending the longest time in South Florida where she met her husband.  Together with their two boys, they moved first to NC and later to Fort Mill, SC and love it here, especially the friendly people and change of seasons.  They also share their home with two dogs and a cat.  Growing up, she has always had a passion for all kinds of pets and cannot imagine not having them in her family.  She has also volunteered and fostered through the Humane Society of York County for the last three years. Lisa looks forward to getting to know your fur family and giving them lots of love and attention.

Kat has worked with animals most of her life. She has been grooming dogs for 15 years and pet sitting for 3 years.  Kat owns three dogs and two cats. Kat is married with two kids.

Jane was a client of Pampered Paws for several years before becoming a Pet Sitter. She regularly volunteers at Druid Hills Elementary as a mentor, tutor, lunch buddy and classroom assistant. She has rescued a number of cats and dogs through the years.

Sharon has been in customer service for the Compass Group for over 19 years. Unfortunately, her Minpin of 15 years recently passed. Friendly Skyy loved everyone and even had a cat boyfriend named John Paul. Sharon has also rescued 2 cats that lived for over 18 years!

Brett is retired from banking technology and a retired Navy reservist, Brett is great with both dogs and cats.  He loves play time with cats and walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. He feels strongly about your pets as part of the family and does his utmost to give them overwhelming attention while they are in his care. Brett serves Huntersville and Cornelius as well as the Northlake Mall area of Charlotte.

Anne Marie's lifework was in sales and marketing. Her shepherd mix, Chief, “rescued her” from Rowan County Animal Control. She assists in moving strays to no-kill opportunities.

Peggy worked many years in the school system and church child development. Although she regularly cares for her grandchildren now that they are in school she has time to help us a lot with Pet Sitting. She’s had numerous rescued cats and dogs thru her life including rabbits, hamsters, turtles and parakeets.

Crystal worked as a Vet Tech as her Pet Sitting career began. She is very comfortable administering meds and injections. She stays busy caring for clients’ dogs, cats and her own 3 children. Crystal rounds out her family with 2 dogs, 2 cats and a box turtle.

Anne Marie has been a stay at home mom until recently when both her second child started school. She volunteers at their school and coaches the Girls on the Run Program. She has a beagle/dachshund mix. Her dog used to run regularly with her until her age limited her activity level.

Karen is 53 years young and resides in Mooresville. She is the epitome of an animal lover. All animals, scales to feathers to fur, big or small. Karen loves them all. She has always had animals in her home even as a child. Karen currently has two very spoiled Dachshunds, Cleopatra and Alex and a bird named Baby. When she goes to a client’s home, Karen is always very excited and upbeat with your animal child! She treats them like her own. Karen believes that having an upbeat personality helps them be more trusting and not so anxious while their family is away.  "I strongly believe animals are like music, created to sooth our souls!"

Carolyn was among the first to join our team. She often fosters dogs awaiting their forever home. Her dog Cricket is a "foster fail" who is a precious terrier mix that Carolyn couldn't part with.

When not caring for pets, much of Debbie's time is spent caring for the elderly and children. She is PetCPR and First Aid Certified. Debbie has 2 dogs, a Schnauzer Terrier mix named Mandy and a Dachshund mix named Morgan. Two cats round out her pet family--all rescues.

Valeria is a pet sitter with Pampered Paws Pet Setting Service and has been with them since 2016. Valeria’s hobbies include bowling, golf, international travel and fine dining. Valeria is also a Certified Home Stager, CEO and business owner.  Valeria is an Ambassador for the Charlotte Post Newspaper, Suitemate with Levy Restaurants at the Spectrum Arena and a volunteer for the PGA Golf Tournaments at Quail Hollow . Valeria currently lives in Charlotte, NC.

Harriett was the first pet sitter we hired. She is a retired psycho therapist who adores every cat and dog like they were her own. She is licensed by the state to board larger dogs in her home.

When Suzie is not busy with her school age boys she is caring for client's pets. She has degrees in Sociology and Social Work. She has guinea pigs and Beta fish. Suzie and her family miss their 15 year old dog who recently passed away from cancer.

Allan is a longtime broadcaster who has always loved animals, especially dogs. Allan’s show airs nationally and was heard locally on 99.7 WRFX the FOX for 17 years. Allan is best known for his weekly shows with the prominent Rock stars, comedians and high profile guests in the field of science and technology. Many of Allan’s shows deal with animal behavior and health and produced dozens of shows about our furry friends.  Allan’s animal experts include many prominent Animal Behavior experts including Temple Grandin (Temple Grandin) and Dr. Marty Becker “America’s Vet” from Good Morning America and Dr. Oz. “Now that I’m only doing one of the two different shows I’ve produced for 12 years I have a little extra time. Barbara was such a great sitter for my dogs and cats I told her that I would be happy to join the team.”  Allan is Pet CPR and First Aid certified.

Cathy was a client for years before becoming a pet sitter. She retired early from banking to devote more time to her aging mother. She has 3 Shelties. Cathy actively volunteers at her mom's retirement community and at her church.
